Payment

You always pay the prices you see on our website. If you live inside the European Union, all prices include V.A.T. If you live outside the European Union you don't have to pay V.A.T. but you still pay the same price. We use this extra income for the extra paperwork involved with worldwide shipping and to lower our worldwide shipping costs.

Payment methods

All payments are handled by our reliable payment provider Adyen.

	DIRECTebanking Available for customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. For our customers this payment option is free!
	iDEAL If you own a Dutch bank account at the ASN Bank, SNS Bank, Rabobank, Postbank, Fortis, ABN AMRO or Friesland Bank this is the most convenient and fastest payment option. For our customers this payment option is free!
	MasterCard / Visa You can pay for your order with your credit card in a convenient and secure way. For MasterCard and Visa payments we ask a small extra fee of only 1.8%.
	American Express You can pay for your order with your credit card in a convenient and secure way. For American Express payments we unfortunately have to ask a extra fee of 5%.
	PayPal If you have a PayPal account you can use it to pay for your order in a convenient way. Because it is very expensive to accept PayPal payments we ask a small extra fee of 3.2%.
	Bank transfer We accept bank transfers from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the UK, Spain and Switzerland. Most banks in the Eurozone will not charge you for sending money to our bank account if you use our IBAN and BIC codes (you will receive instructions when choosing this method). Please ask your local bank to be sure of this. If you don't live in the Eurozone this option may be expensive.
