You always pay the prices you see on our website. If you live inside the European Union, all prices include V.A.T. If you live outside the European Union you don't have to pay V.A.T. but you still pay the same price. We use this extra income for the extra paperwork involved with worldwide shipping and to lower our worldwide shipping costs. Outside the European Union local taxes may apply, at the customer's expense.
All payments are handled by our reliable payment provider Adyen. We don't charge payment costs, unless stated otherwise.
Global payment methods
MasterCard / Visa You can pay for your order with your credit or debit card in a convenient and secure way.
TrustPay Online banking by TrustPay.
Bank transfer If there is no other suitable payment option you can do a bank transfer. But please know that bank transfers can be very slow and your bank can charge you for an international bank transfer, especially if you don't live in the Eurozone. Please ask your local bank to be sure. It's very important to follow instructions for a bank transfer closely, otherwise the payment provider can't match your payment and your order with us. In that case the money will be transferred back to you automatically.
American Express You can pay for your order with your credit card in a convenient and secure way. For American Express payments we unfortunately have to ask an extra fee of 4%.
