Shipping
We ship worldwide, to all countries. All parcels are sent by priority mail with insurance, and will be delivered to you by your local mail company. You only pay the shipping costs once for your total order, it doesn't matter how much models you order.Shipping methods
Traceable parcel: the parcel will be sent as a traceable* parcel. The parcel is insured, and you can follow it's progress on our website. This is our fastest shipping option.* The quality and availability of tracing information depends on the postal service in your country. Some countries outside the E.U. don't provide us tracing information.
Registered mail: the parcel will be sent as registered mail item. The parcel is insured, but you cannot trace it online. If you don't receive the parcel within three weeks let us know and we will request and send you the registered item number. Please don't ask for this number sooner, if you need a tracking number choose for a 'Traceable parcel' instead. We ship registered parcels only once a week, on Mondays.
Shipping time
After we have sent the order (see below for shipping days) it should take less than a week before the parcel gets delivered. However to countries outside the E.U. local customs may hold a parcel for a few days, causing some extra shipping time.Best time to order
Orders are usually sent on Mondays and Thursdays, so the best time to order is during weekends or on Wednesday. On other days you will have to wait a bit longer before your parcel will be sent.Please note that we send registered mail only once a week, on Mondays.
