Our conditions:

1. For customers inside the European Union all prices include 19% VAT as applicable in the Netherlands. For customers outside the European Union the prices do not include VAT.

2. An order will only be sent after the full payment of the order has been completed. If the payment has not been completed after 7 days of the placement of the order, the order is considered cancelled.

3. After we have recieved the payment the order will usually be shipped within two working days, provided all ordered items are in stock. If one or more products are not in stock the customer will be notified of this during the ordering process on our website. If an ordered product is not deliverable anymore we will notify the customer of this as soon as possible.

4. We try to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee the correctness of the information. No rights can be derived from the information on the website.

5. An agreement will only be concluded after acceptance of your order with Komkommerkom Online Sales. Komkommerkom Online Sales has the right to deny orders. If an order is denied we will give notice of this within 10 working days.

6. In agreement with Dutch and European laws, orders can be returned within 7 days after recievement. However, we will only accept returned goods after prior consultation and only if the goods are in the same unopened state as we have sent it to the customer. If we accept the returned goods we will repay the payment within 30 days. We will not pay the shipping costs for sending back the goods.
