The air connection between Pyönjang and Beijing is the only international destination on Air Koryo’s flight schedule. Due to political reasons, the North Korean airline is not allowed, to approach numerous countries. The original with the registration P-885 and the manufacturing year being 1979 has become the oldest of four such aircraft in the fleet, of which, however, only one more example is being operated on regular scheduled flights.
