The big original of our model, the world‘s longest airplane, is scheduled to be launched in September 2003, and will carry the registration D-AIHB and the name „Leverkusen“. The name of this industrial city near Cologne will be taken over from a retired A340-200. Almost exactly at the same time, the respective Herpa Wings model will be released as well. The succeeding edition has the new registration number D-AHID and the name "Stuttgart" with printed window frames and grey chassis.
