2 stars because on my last order 2 models were damaged. Wings detached. After contacting you you said that it just might happen but under my point of view you should unbox and check all models before shipping them.

Answer: We explained to you that parts may come loose during shipment. In your case this was a very easy repair, and no reason for replacement. This is also described on our website. This happened 9 months ago already, in March. And now you have placed a new order. If you are so unsatisfied, why did you order from us again?

I always had a great service. However I can see that some models are way more expensive that other trusted online websites. So some models I buy them from the competition.

Answer: Thanks! For some models we are a bit cheaper and for other models we are a bit more expensive than other shops. If you see a really big difference it's probably an older model that we had to restock recently. This year prices have gone up a lot due to high transport costs and a worsened EUR/USD exchange rate.

Answer: That's impossible as we sell ALL available Herpa models. If you can't find a model in our shop, it must be a (very) old model that we can't get anymore. If we made a mistake and forgot to add a model please drop us a message and we will have a look.

Probably my last order due to changes in loyalty program. Already spent €7,380 on this site and now my discount will decrease? Yes 6 percent is still more than other sites offer but this site is now longer the cheapest in Europe when it comes to the base prices so other sites are generaly cheaper. This high discount was still able to make up for that. Not anymore… Either increase prices and keep the discount or decrease the discount and keep the prices. Not both…

Answer: We want to be the best shop, not the cheapest shop. Nevertheless we continue to be one of the cheapest shops in Europe, even without a discount. Of course sometimes a model may be a bit cheaper elsewhere. If that is more important to you than our reservation service, speed, customer service and our huge stock, feel free to buy these models elsewhere.

I will give you 5 stars if you allow order over €350. It is frustrating because my total was €330 and I needed to add one item for €20.90 but it will not allow me. Yet, I get 3% discount but it does not factor that when you add to the cart. So really my total was less than €330 because of my discount.
