Just a word of advice for parents of kids. If ur looking for models i suggest 1/200 for kids. The 1/400 and 500 are delicate and i feel strictly if ur a collector. They arent really toys.

I ordered for my 5yr old son who adores planes and has a massive collection. When I collected the box I was excited. And knew my son would be too
He got back from school and was sooo excited it had arrived. But the actual model is tiny (the length of my short, stubby thumb). The size of the box is exuberant and not necessary for the size of item. I can’t believe I paid £25 for this tiny plane. I admit I’m not a model plane collector. But some indication of size would be great.

1. the scale of all models is indicated clearly on our website.
2. You did read and agree to our conditions, one of which reads "All items we sell are collectibles only suitable for ages 14 years and up". We are not a toy shop.
3. You are always free to return any item for a full refund.

It was very difficult if not impossible to get a hold of someone when I needed to communicate. You have great products in your store. But communication can be much better.

Answer: You can just reply to your order confirmation mail, or you can use our contact form. We chose not to be reachable by phone, as that is expensive and we prefer to keep our prices low.
