You always pay the prices you see on our website. For customers inside the European Union all prices include V.A.T. For customers outside the European Union V.A.T. is not included. Outside the European Union local taxes may apply, at the customer's expense.
All payments are handled by our payment provider Adyen. Adyen is a big and very reliable payment provider. They also work for big companies like KLM, Cathay Pacific, Vueling, EasyJet, Uber, Spotify, Google and Microsoft.
We don't charge payment costs, unless stated otherwise.
Global payment methods
MasterCard / Visa You can pay for your order with your credit or debit card in a convenient and secure way. We don't store any credit card details, all credit card processing is done by Adyen (see above) in a secure way.
American Express You can pay for your order with your credit card in a convenient and secure way. American Express transaction costs are relatively high, so we have to ask an extra fee of 4%.
PayPal We do NOT offer PayPal any more. PayPal is very expensive, so we had to ask customers an additional fee of 3%. In addition to that PayPal uses very bad exchange rates for foreign currencies. This adds another 3 to 4% to the customer's costs. Worst of all, these currency conversion costs are hidden! We certainly don't want our customers to pay 6 to 7% for their payment. People sometimes think that PayPal is safer than a credit card payment, but the opposite is true. European customers that used PayPal with their bank account can use the much cheaper Klarna, or one of the local e-banking options such as iDeal, Giropay, EPS and Multibanco.
