Small criticism: The specified selection of UPS access points is not quite optimal for me. It does not show, for example, a gas station very close to me - which would be more favorable from the opening hours than a retail store. Therefore, I chose DPD delivery to home.

Answer: all UPS Access Points are fetched real time from UPS. If a location is missing it is probably closed, or it isn't a UPS Access Point anymore.

All models arrived safely without any damage or missing parts. However half of their packages suffered damage as the whole shipping box was compressed. No “Fragile” tag was spotted on the box which I think should be a necessary. Next time it could be not so lucky therefore please put a tag on or use a stiffer shipping container.

Answer: I am sorry for the damage to the boxes! But instead of writing this in our guest book it's a much better idea to send us some photos so we can actually help you. We use very sturdy boxes already and pack models with a lot of care. Applying "Fragile" tags does not make a difference at all, rare damage like this is always caused by sorting machines, transport belts etc. These machines don't read "fragile" tags.
