20 years anniversary - SALE!

This month ScaleModelStore.com exists for 20 years! To celebrate we have started a huge sale with at least 20% discount on more than 1000 models! As always, your loyalty discount will still be added to this.

The sale lasts until 11 November which is the day the domain ScaleModelStore.com was registered 20 years ago. However PAY ATTENTION! Discounts will start at the maximum, but will be reduced or even disappear completely as stock dwindles. It is not our intention to sell the entire stock of any model. Even after the sale, we want to keep the largest possible range in stock. So order as soon as possible for maximum benefit!

Shipping

From our warehouse in the Netherlands, we ship worldwide to (almost) all countries. All parcels are traceable and fully insured. You only pay the shipping costs once for your total order, it doesn't matter how many models you order.

Mail delays

In some countries customers are experiencing delays in receiving mail parcels.

For Europe, please expect mail delays to Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and Ukraine. If possible please choose DPD or UPS.
Outside Europe please expect delays for: Colombia, Japan and Kazakhstan.

In the postal system unexpected delays may occur. A delay can never be a reason for a refund. Only if the mail company confirms that a parcel is lost a full refund will be applied.

Shipping schedule

Orders are usually sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you order (and pay) on these days before 11:30 a.m. your order should be shipped the same day. If it's very busy we might not be able to pack all orders, then the remainder will be sent the next business day.
DPD and UPS parcels are usually packed until 14:00, but this is not guaranteed.
