I Received a model with a detatched wing and paint damage! And i will not be paying to ship this back, i expect it to be payed for after i spend 50 euro on a faulty model!

Answer: We are sorry for this problem! But why didn't you contact us, instead of writing this review? Of course we would never ask you to return a damaged model at your expense.

As always very Prompt! This time a record here within 48hrs! Guy woke me up at 7.30am,very early for a change! Usually i am last on their delivery schedule route!

Anyway this is my first AV400 B777-300ER from them as they have only just started doing them and i can conclude theirs are the best now! Just like their well known A350's being way above everybody else in class,their B777's are just as good!The GE 90 engines are the most realistic i have seen on a model at this scale,way ahead of the pack and body mould shape as good as WiityWings/Apollo use to be,no long gone!

Very pleased,they did a better job than the attempts done by Phoenix,JCWings,Crappy Gemini jets and Herpa on this livery and aircraft type! The Phoenix was not bad actually but this AV400 attempt surpasses it ,hands down! I was lucky SCSTORE got them back in as i thought i'd missed out on this one! So get them whilst you can as AV400 go like gold dust! AV400 and NG models 'rule' at this scale!

Answer: Unfortunately free shipping doesn't exist. If shipping is 'free', the shipping costs are in the (higher) product price. We choose to keep the product price as low as possible.
