The order took too long and only arrived few days ago and the engine of one of the models (Aseman A340) was detached.

Answer: Your order arrived in about two weeks, which is quite fast for an international mail parcel these days. We did not receive a message about a detached engine from you, however this usually is an easy fix.

The parcel was well protected, but the Model 787 ANA had loose parts inside. In the store information - this is not "real" damage, but in my opinion it is still a problem (sticking elements together may also result in damage or an unsatisfactory repair result). I expected to receive the item in perfect condition, no repair required. I bought the plane model as a family gift as "new in box" and unfortunately I will have to open the box and glue the two wings to the plane. For this price, I expect a great quality model. I am very disappointed.

Answer: This review is a bit surprising as you did never contact us about this issue. Of course we will help if there is a problem that can't be fixed easily.
