The response to the debut of the extraordinary anniversary design on the sleek Boeing 787 shortly before Christmas 2025 was already overwhelming. By applying the special livery onto the super jumbo bearing the registration D-AIMH, the established Lufthansa crane has now taken on truly XXL proportions. This A380 received its special dark blue livery featuring a 47-meter-tall crane in Shannon, Ireland. Over the course of approximately 34 days, 35 employees painted the super jumbo’s exterior, which spans more than 4,000 square meters. ASs with all aircraft in the 100th Anniversary Series, the A380 will also be available in the following versions: as a 1/500 scale die-cast metal model, as a model from our SnapFit series (1/250 scale), and as a highly-detailed 1:200 scale collector’s model.,The response to the debut of the extraordinary anniversary design on the sleek Boeing 787 shortly before Christmas 2025 was already overwhelming.
