Overall very good however I do have an issue with the customer loyalty discount. The discount is so low that it almost doesn't make sense in even offering it. I personally have spent over €600 on models and the discount only saves me just over €1 on my latest order

Answer: The discount starts low at 1%, but grows to 10% in the end. Please see the customer loyalty program.

Been a year since i have ordered with SMS as i only order abroad when i cannot get it in the UK a certain model etc.

Came VERY quickly and was very surprised with that as of Covid-19 going on how quickly it would turn up due to lack of planes flying,even so cargo ones still are,they are probably busier than usual!

The model was an addition to my Etihad fleet at 1;400 scale! This B787-9 F! Etihad livery version by JCWIngs at 1:400 scale is much ,much better than the Phoenix version that came out in January 2019 ! I also feel that the 1;400 version from JCWings is better than the 1:200 scale as the Inflight 200 version knocks their one for 6 as they say! Glad i choose the Inflight200 over the JCWings 1:200 version at the time in late 2018!

The model is excellent,better mould than the Phoenix B787-9 version and very pleased with it! Glad i bought it as like with their Gulf Air version,JCWings they got the colours right where Phoenix gets them wrong!Probably as rush to market without good research !!

Over all very pleased and glad i got it but JCWings is very bad with release dates from pre-orders release dates, even before Covid-19! It takes years not months with them recently to release a model! Come on JCWings, pull your finger out!

This plane has so much details, that I was surprised to see. The producer of this plane just made an excellent job. This is incomparable. You feel the Quality just by taking it in your hands ( it's heavy for what it is ). The Runway Turnoff Lights/Taxiing and Take-off Lights, Landing Lights and the Anti-Collision/Strobe Lighting are made out of little diamonds.

Received the best bunch of models yet from SMS, have such a wide variety of KLM and Lufthansa models, always have what I am looking for. Packaging is super sturdy and solid, always use the most high quality double wall cardboard boxes for the models they have sent to me which provide a lot of protection to the models a long with the high quality void fill material. Great communication and customer care!
